First of all I’d like to say congratulations on your recent engagement! My first piece of advice is to breathe! I’m sure it’s overwhelming, and you’ve only just started. Relax! Allow me to help you approach your special day prepared and calm.

Below are three of the packages that I offer. Each are able to be customized to your specific needs and expectations, and these serve as guidelines for my services to you. In your free first consultation we are able to narrow down these packages to best suit your needs!

 

Passion~ Starting at $950.00

Our “Passion” package is for the bride who has done the majority of the planning but needs help finalizing plans.

Some might call this the “Day of” planning and coordinating. This includes 18 hours of behind the scenes work and 12 hours of face-to-face meetings.

Behind the scenes coverage (includes but is not limited to):
• Email consultations
• Vendor recommendations and scheduling consultations
• Phone calls to the bride for reminders of appointments, meetings, and final payments with vendors
• Contact all contracted vendors the week prior to the wedding to confirm services and discuss the itinerary
• Creation of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner timelines and wedding day timelines
• Wedding related errand runs for the week of the wedding

Face to Face Meetings:
• Discuss designs, wedding themes, and brides vision
• Site-Inspections
• Guest list management and seating plans
• Wedding Day Coverage (maximum 5 hrs)
• Management of ceremony and reception activity timelines
• Arrange for take home meal and cake topper for bride and groom
• Overseeing the rehearsal (1hr)
• Gift coordination and delivery after the reception
• Consultations (client attends all meetings and reports back to planner unless otherwise requested)

 

 

Armonia~ Starting at $1,650.00

Our “Armonia” (harmony) package is for the bride who has done most of the planning but needs guidance in finishing the process.

This includes 15 hours of behind the scenes work and 25 hours of face-to-face coverage.

Behind the scenes coverage (includes but is not limited to):
• Email consultations
• Vendor recommendations and scheduling consultations
• Phone calls to the bride for reminders of appointments, meetings, and final payments with vendors
• Contact all contracted vendors the week prior to the wedding to confirm services and discuss the itinerary
• Creation of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner timelines and wedding day timelines
• Wedding related errand runs for the week of the wedding

Face to Face Meetings:
• Discuss designs, wedding themes, and brides vision
• Site-Inspections
• Guest list management and seating plans
• Wedding Day Coverage (maximum 8 hrs)
• Management of ceremony and reception timeline
• Arrange for take home meal and cake topper for bride and groom
• Overseeing the rehearsal (1.5 hrs)
• Gift coordination and delivery after the reception
• Consultations (client attends all other meetings and reports back to planner):
• Event Venue Meeting
• Floral Design Meeting

 

 

Panacea~ Starting at $2,200

Panacea, meaning “a solution for all problems” is perfect for the bride who just wants us to do the bulk of the planning.

This package consists of 20 hours of behind the scenes work and 35 hours of face-to-face meetings.

Behind the scenes coverage (includes but is not limited to):

• Email consultations
• Vendor recommendations and scheduling consultations
• Phone calls to the bride for reminders of appointments, meetings, and final payments with vendors
• Contact all contracted vendors the week prior to the wedding to confirm services and discuss the itinerary
• Creation of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner timelines and wedding day timelines
• Wedding related errand runs for the week of the wedding

Face to Face Meetings:
• Discuss designs, wedding themes, and brides vision
• Site-Inspections
• Guest list management and seating plans
• Wedding Day Coverage (maximum 10 hrs)
• Management of ceremony and reception timeline
• Arrange for take home meal and cake topper for bride and groom
• Overseeing the rehearsal (maximum 2 hrs)
• Gift coordination and delivery after the reception
• Consultations:
• Menu selection
• Cake tasting
• Floral Design Meeting
• Photographer Meeting
• Gown Selection (upon request)

 

Additional hours above package agreement- $30 per hour

Assistant required for parties over 100 guests- $100 for cost of each assistant
